Who We Are
About Our Company
Hi, I’m Lucas, Founder of FirstR8 Builds LTD.
I started this company with a simple mission: to put trust back into construction.
We know that taking on a building project whether it's an extension, loft conversion, or complete renovation is a major commitment. That’s why we prioritize clear communication, honest pricing, and exceptional craftsmanship from start to finish.
Working strictly to your architectural plans and building regulations, we manage the entire process so you don't have to stress about hidden costs or missed deadlines.
How We Work:
-
Location: Serving homes and properties across West Sussex
-
Pricing & Quotes: Fully transparent, itemized quotes with no hidden surprises.
-
Project Duration: Realistic timelines established before we lay a single brick, kept on track with regular updates.
